Learning Pathways

Know exactlywhere to start.

Instead of trying to work out which course comes next, choose from three clear learning pathways, each built around the approach I've used in my own clinic.

Why the pathways exist

Why these courses
belong together

The learning pathways are built on the approach that transformed my own business from a general beauty clinic into a highly profitable specialist skin and laser clinic. Rather than offering every treatment available, I chose to specialise in a small number of evidence-informed, high-demand treatments that deliver exceptional client results and encourage long-term client loyalty.

That decision built a thriving business with consistent five-figure months, and those same principles now shape every pathway here. Each one builds your knowledge and confidence step by step, in skills that genuinely complement one another.

Progression

Start from where you
already are.

You don't have to start at the beginning. If you already hold relevant qualifications, you can simply join the pathway at the right level for you.

Level 2Where a complete beginner starts. No previous qualification needed.
Level 3The qualifications that unlock everything above them.
Level 4The regulated laser qualification.
  • Level 4 LaserRequires a Level 3, several routes countFast Track Laser Specialist
  • Launch Your Laser BusinessIncluded in the Level 4 courseFast Track Laser Specialist
CPDSpecialist treatments, added alongside a qualification rather than after it.
AfterWhere you can go next as your skills and business grow.
  • Manufacturer-led trainingRadiofrequency, microcurrent and other device-specific training
  • Mentoring and business growthOngoing 1:1 support after you qualify

Your qualification is the starting point. As your experience grows, I'll help you understand the next steps, whether that's further specialist training, investing in new technology or growing a profitable business around your skills.

Why I teach
I genuinely want them to succeed, not just complete the qualification.

Questions

Questions about
the pathways.

If your question is not here, bring it to the discovery call. You will speak to Sarah, not a call centre.

Can I buy the courses individually instead?

Yes. Every course on a pathway is also available on its own, at the price shown above. The pathway costs slightly less, but that is not the reason to take one. The reason is the order: each course is chosen to build on the one before it, so you finish with a treatment menu that works together rather than four certificates that do not.

Do I have to take the courses in order?

Where there is an entry requirement, yes. The Level 4 laser qualification needs a Level 3 behind it, and more than one route counts: Anatomy and Physiology, Beauty Therapy, or Access to Aesthetic Therapies. Anatomy and Physiology is the one on this pathway because it is the quickest route if you hold nothing yet, and if you already hold a Level 3, send it to me and I will check it before you spend anything. Everywhere else the order is my recommendation rather than a rule, and we will set it around your diary on the discovery call.

How long does a whole pathway take?

It depends how quickly you work through the online theory, because none of it is delivered to a fixed timetable. On the Fast Track Laser Specialist pathway, most students finish Anatomy and Physiology in four to eight weeks, and the Level 4 adds three practical days. The Professional Skin Therapist pathway is online theory plus three practical days in total. VTCT qualifications must be completed within twelve months of enrolment.

What is the difference between the VTCT qualifications and the CPD courses?

A VTCT qualification is regulated by Ofqual and issued through VTCT Skills, and it is the credential UK insurers widely recognise. A CPD course teaches a specific treatment and gives you a certificate for it rather than a regulated qualification. Both matter, and two of the three pathways deliberately combine them: the qualification opens the door, the CPD is what you actually sell.

What if I am not sure which pathway is right for me?

Then do not book one yet. Book a discovery call instead and tell me where you are now and what you want to be offering in a year. I would rather talk you into the right pathway, or out of the wrong one, than take a payment and watch you struggle on a course you were not ready for.

Your next step

Tell me where you want to be. I'll tell you the route.

These aren't simply courses to collect certificates, they are carefully planned career pathways designed to help you build a specialist business that is profitable, sustainable and built on expertise. Book a call, tell me what you want to be offering, and I will be honest with you about which pathway gets you there.
