Who actually answers?
Me. Every message and every call comes straight to me, and I teach every course myself, so the person answering your question is the person who would be training you. There is no admissions team and nobody replies on my behalf.
Can I visit before I book anything?
Yes, and it is encouraged. The training happens in a working clinic rather than a hired room, so there is a real place to come and see. Ring or email to arrange a time when I am not mid-treatment or training.
Do I have to book a call before I can enrol?
It is strongly preferred rather than compulsory. I would rather spend twenty minutes working out whether a course suits you than take a payment for one that does not, and if a different route is the right answer I will say so.
I am not sure which course I need. Is that a problem?
No, it is the most common reason people get in touch. Tell me what you are doing now and what you want to be offering, and I will tell you which route gets you there, or that none of them does.
Where exactly is the training?
At my clinic in Deeping St James, just outside Peterborough. The full address is on this page, and there is parking on site. It is straightforward to reach from Stamford and Bourne.
