CPD course
My own facial massage method, refined on paying clients in my own clinic. One day here with three other people, or study it online.

TrueLift™ is my own facial massage method, not a syllabus somebody sold me and not a treatment you can book anywhere else. This is CPD training in it.

You already offer facials and want one treatment that is recognisably yours, rather than another one on the list.
You want a regulated qualification. This is CPD in my own method, and if you need an awarding body's name on the certificate, the VTCT Level 2 is the honest answer.
Every facial sculpting course is somebody's own method with a trademark on it. Very few tell you who taught the person teaching you. Here is my lineage.

Five things, and they are one treatment rather than five modules. The order matters, because each stage prepares the tissue for the next.

One day in the clinic, 10:00 to 18:00, with three other people. Or the same method online if the drive is not realistic.
Four is the number, and on a manual technique that is the whole point: pressure is something I have to feel on your hands to correct. That does not scale, which is why this is a day with four people rather than a room with twenty.
The full method, step by step, in the order it is performed, with the reasoning for each stage rather than a list of moves to copy.
On a real face, with me correcting your pressure and your angle as you work. This is the part that does not translate to video, which is why the in-person day exists.
Pricing, positioning, and how to introduce it to existing clients without discounting it to get them through the door.

Over the years I've trained in many different treatments, but I've deliberately refined my offering to focus on the ones that deliver excellent client outcomes, encourage repeat business and build profitable clinics.
Sarah, founder and trainer
The small course size allowed plenty of time for individual attention, detailed feedback, and lots of hands-on practice. I left the course feeling genuinely excited to get started.
Sarah is very knowledgeable and I felt very well supported throughout the day. I left feeling confident in being able to offer the TrueLift treatment.
Facial massage training in this country runs from about £120 to £600 plus VAT, and most of it teaches you a renamed blend of other people's techniques. Here is what a day with me contains instead.

If your question is not here, ask it on the call. It comes straight to me.
No. It suits qualified therapists adding a signature treatment and complete beginners alike. What matters is whether you will practise it: pressure is a physical skill and it improves with repetition rather than with revision.
No, and I would rather say so plainly. It is CPD training in my own method. If a regulated certificate is what you need, the VTCT Level 2 Facial Massage and Skincare on this site is the honest answer, and it is a different course.
The sequence, the reasoning and the business side, yes. Pressure, no: that is the one thing I have to feel on your hands to correct. Most people who take the online course later add the in-person day, which is why the upgrade exists.
Treatments in this range typically charge from around £80 to £150 or more. What you achieve depends on your prices, your market and whether clients rebook, which is why the pricing and positioning are part of the course rather than an afterthought.
A facial cleanses and treats the surface of the skin. This works the muscle, the fascia and the lymphatic system underneath it, which is why the result shows in the shape of a face rather than only in its condition.
Four maximum, and I teach all four myself. On a manual technique that number is not a luxury, it is the mechanism: I cannot correct your pressure from across a room of twenty.

Ring me on 07734 821778 and tell me what you already offer. If TrueLift™ would sit oddly next to it, I will say so.
